Are candles always available?

Some products are produced in limited editions or small batches . If an item is out of stock, it may become available again in a future production run.
The vibrational collections regularly receive new scents associated with their respective frequencies, allowing the energy to renew and move. For this reason, new variations appear throughout the year .

Can I reserve a product?

We currently do not take reservations. We recommend checking our website or subscribing to our newsletter to receive notifications about restocking and new items.

Are the candles handmade?

Yes. All of our candles are handcrafted in small batches using carefully selected raw materials.
Because it is a manual process, slight variations in color, texture, or weight may occur, which are part of the authenticity of each piece.

What type of wax is used?

We use 100% plant-based waxes , chosen for their quality, sustainability, clean burn, and excellent aromatic diffusion.
We don't use paraffin.

Do they deliver internationally?

We currently ship to Portugal and the European Union .
Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination and are displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

I need my order the next day. Can you do that?

Our creations are handcrafted with care, therefore we cannot guarantee next-day delivery .
If you have an urgent request, we recommend that you contact us before finalizing your purchase so we can assess its feasibility. Contact us.

My package arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your order arrives damaged, we ask that you:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • Send photos of the packaging and the product.

We will analyze the situation carefully and find the most appropriate solution.

Can I place orders for corporate clients or for one-off events?

Yes. We accept corporate orders and orders for one-off events , subject to availability and prior planning.

Can I resell your products?

Currently, we do not work with open resellers . Some collaborations or one-off partnerships may be considered, subject to alignment of values, concept, and brand positioning.
