Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at geral@bydaianapintocoelho.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Rua das Palmeiras, Lote 5, Apto C62, 2750-005 Cascais Portugal

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will assess the situation and do our best to resolve the issue.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (for example: food, flowers or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate new purchase.

14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD – EUROPEAN UNION

Notwithstanding the above conditions, if the goods are shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags and in its original packaging, and you must also provide proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.

Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

SHIPPING

We ship nationally and internationally. If your delivery address does not appear available at checkout, please contact us so that we can calculate a personalized shipping cost for your order.

Our integrated system provides a selection of shipping methods. Please choose the option that best suits your needs.

You will receive an email with full tracking details as soon as your order leaves our facilities.

Deliveries within mainland Portugal generally take between 2 to 3 business days. For international shipments, delivery times may extend up to 2 weeks. You can track your order through the link provided in the email or by logging into your account on our website.

If there is any issue with the delivery, please contact us immediately. We are available to help resolve any situation and will do everything within our power to ensure your order reaches you.

DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORT

If you receive your order with any damage caused during transport, please notify us as soon as possible. Send us an email with your order details, a description of the damage and, if possible, a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the case and your preference.

We kindly ask that all damages be reported within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving the order.

MISSING ITEMS

We are human, and although we make every effort to ensure your order arrives complete, it may happen that we forget to include an item. If this occurs, please contact us and we will send the missing item as soon as possible and, of course, with our apologies!
